Refund policy

Jealous Tee always hopes to exceed expectations. In the event you need to return any item(s), here's the deets! To be eligible for a return, you must inform us about your decision to return part or all of your order within 10 days of receipt. We can't accept used items unless they are faulty or you have been sent the wrong item. Gasp! Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. If you have any issues with your items, please contact our Customer Service Team here, and they'll be happy to help. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracking service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund is processed. We are not liable for parcels lost in transit. 

Returns are processed within 10 working days of receipt. You will be refunded the full amount of the returned item(s), excluding the outbound shipping charge.
