Processing Time

Each order is carefully packed and prepped just for you. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing before your order ships. We're a tiny team, but we promise it's worth the wait! 

Shipping Details

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Once your package hits the road, it usually arrives within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. 

Tracking Orders

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your USPS tracking number so you can follow the journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to activate. We recommend checking your spam/junk folder if you don't see our email in your box. If you don't receive tracking information or you think your order may be missing or lost, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team here. Please provide your order number and any tracking information in your communication. A quick note about delays: Sometimes unexpected things (like climate change and traffic) can slow things down. Once your package leaves our hands, it's in USPS's care - but we'll always do our best to help if anything comes up. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
